Is Novaulta free to use?
Yes, you can use Novaulta for free. Create your account and start tracking your assets and debts.
Where is my financial data?
Your vault is encrypted on your device. Novaulta does not store its financial contents on its servers. An optional encrypted backup stays in your own cloud account.
How do I use a new device?
Sign in with the same Google account, then restore an encrypted backup from your cloud account or local file using the vault password. Changing devices without a backup can result in data loss.
What if I forget my vault password?
Your vault password is never sent to us, so we cannot reset it. If you created a recovery kit, its code opens your vault and the backups made after the kit on any device, and lets you set a new password. Without a kit, backups open only with the vault password.
Is Google sign-in my vault password?
No. Your Google account signs you in. Your vault password encrypts financial data on your device and unlocks your backup.
How do AI and prices work?
Market data may come from external sources and may be delayed. The AI assistant is optional; if enabled, your question and financial context only if selected go to your chosen provider.
