Basic terms for Novaulta's free personal finance record-keeping service. Updated 13 October 2026.
Service
Novaulta helps you keep and visualize personal asset and liability records on your device. It is currently free. It does not provide investment advice, brokerage or guaranteed market prices. AI output, prices and projections are not investment recommendations; verify decisions independently.
Account and vault
Protect your Google account, vault password and recovery code. If the password and recovery code are lost and no usable backup remains, encrypted data may be impossible to recover. Novaulta cannot reset your vault password. Verify backups before changing devices.
Backups and third parties
Optional Google Drive and WebDAV backups remain in your own accounts and are subject to those providers' terms. Market and AI provider availability, accuracy and pricing can change. You are responsible for charges on your own API keys.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or accurate prices. This does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes will be dated here. You can delete your account in Settings; first export any backup you need.
